Anna has extensive knowledge of working practices, recruitment, and diversity issues. With strong communication, interpersonal relations, mentoring and negotiation skills, Anna can help with everything from employment contracts to performance management resolution.
Anna particularly enjoys supporting businesses to help them recognise the benefits of wellbeing in the workplace, and guiding them through low-cost steps to increase their company’s performance and employee engagement.
Ginny Valentine BA (Hons)
Ginny is an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist and strategic background in retail, travel, industry & banking, in the UK and internationally.
She enjoys adapting her experience to the needs of growing and established businesses on all manner of HR issues from strategic growth or reduction planning and implementation to the establishment of a handbook, core policies and recruitment. Empathetic with a naturally practical and budget conscious approach, she is comfortable working in partnership with a broad range of businesses be they entrepreneurial start-ups, professional partnerships or established corporates.
Ginny particularly enjoys the relationship aspects of HR, supporting senior management in delivering their strategy, fostering the best possible working practices and maximising the potential of both the business and the people who form the heart of it. She is very excited to be returning to consultancy having been an HR Director in the retail sector for the past 10 years.
Senior HR Advisor
Rachel is a qualified HR professional and has eight years’ experience working in both public and private sector. She enjoys getting to know her clients and their values, working closely with them to ensure that the outcome is beneficial and reached in the most efficient way.
With a keen eye for detail, Rachel can assist with a diverse range of matters such as policy and procedure documentation. She enjoys providing coaching and support for those looking to develop their managerial skills. Rachel has sound knowledge and experience of guiding and/or leading on employee relation issues.
Rachel is a firm believer that positivity breeds positivity and this underpins her approach to the HR advice she provides.
Having recently become a mother, when she is not aging by what she feels to be three times the normal speed, Rachel has recently begun arranging opportunities for new parents to meet one another and share their experiences in evenings of friendly discussion. As with all difficult situations, she feels being able to speak openly and honestly is key to wellbeing.
Rachel joined the Edelweiss team in January and is looking forward to working with the wide variety of clients.
Senior HR Advisor
Becki has recently attained Level 7, CIPD. She has 8 years operational experience across public sector and commercial businesses. She is passionate about delivering good customer service and working collaboratively with others to reach shared goals.
As a psychology graduate, Becki is fascinated by people and their behaviours in an occupational setting. Having supported businesses with HR activity across the employee lifecycle, she thoroughly enjoys problem solving and providing pragmatic guidance by actively listening to others and offering perspective.
Becki acts with integrity and is a strong believer in an inclusive workplace that promotes positive wellbeing.
She is extremely excited to join the Edelweiss team and getting to know and support their clients.
Senior HR Advisor
Fiona has over 9 years experience in HR, working in private and not-for-profit sectors. Fiona achieved the Level 7 CIPD qualification and has used this to complement her HR generalist skills. She has extensive experience in employee relations management, recruitment, training and performance management.
As a sociology graduate, Fiona is interested in how workplaces react and adapt to change, and recognises the importance of consistency and fairness when dealing with people, no matter what the issue or situation.
Fiona has recently joined the Edelweiss HR team and is really looking forward to the opportunity to develop her skills further. Her approach is empathetic and solution-focused, and she hopes to add value and make a positive contribution to the work of Edelweiss HR.
