Reward and incentive schemes

We work with you to identify your company values and culture to inform all your ways of working. It’s important to communicate these values and what you need your staff members to do through the use of clear objectives, so you’re all on the same page. It’s also important to let them know how you plan to reward them if they achieve their objectives. It’s time to say goodbye to the tense annual appraisal – and hello to ongoing open and rewarding conversations.

Once your employees believe they have achieved their objectives you/we can work with them to understand how they have done so. If you are all in agreement you can then reward them with anything from financial bonuses to shopping vouchers, a mini break or a promotion. It’s up to you. Performance management

If an employee is underachieving – and this can be for many reasons – we can help you work out what’s best for you and them in this often difficult situation. We work hard to make performance management as pain-free as possible and really care about the way these situations are handled.
